farm party

farm-party-party-ideasA farm party can be a real hit for little kids.  The children can mix the feedstock, feed the animals (from chickens, sheep, goats and donkeys), cuddle the babies (bunnies, guniea pigs and chicks), ride the ponies and climb aboard a tractor.  You can visit a farm - as there are a lot that offer party packages - or you can bring the animals in to your yard.  Either way, the kids will have plenty of fun being little farmers!

mickey mouse birthday party

mickey-mouse-birthday-party-ideasTammy threw a brilliant Mickey Mouse party for three year old Charlize today!

Charlize is a huge fan of Mickey.  She was absolutely delighted by the colours, the shapes, the large standing Mickey Mouse balloon, the games, the food…..

In days to come, we’ll post more images from the party and show you Tammy’s party ideas, so that you too can host an amazing Mickey Mouse party.

pool party

pool-theme-party-ideasGive the kids a splashing good time and hold a pool party.  You can have races, underwater hide and seek challenges and just general fun splashing around!

You can do it in your own backyard if you’ve got a pool, or go to your local pool and have an organised party.  Whichever option you choose, make sure you provide adequate supervision for the kids.  You may be able to trust your own kids in the water, but you never know the skills of other children.

rubber ducky - a quacking party idea!

rubber-ducky-party-quacking-good-party-ideaThis weekend My Party File helped host an adorable Rubber Ducky themed party for an excited one year old.  A rubber ducky party can be simple and fun, from the rubber ducky footsteps that greet the children at the front door to the duckpond punch that they can enjoy with their friends.  Keep to themed colours of blue, yellow and orange and it all comes together.

Take a look at some of the great ideas we put together for this party!
