We are two sisters,  Tammy and Jo, living in Adelaide, South Australia.  We both work and have young, adorable children.  Like most, neither of us even have time to read the paper, yet we still make time to organise special parties for our children. Seeing their smiling faces makes it all worthwhile - and guests’ parents’ envious comments about the party are an added bonus! We heard all too often “How do you come up with such great party ideas?.. How do you pull off such a fun party?..” and we realised that there are too many people that have neither the time nor the imagination to create a unique and memorable kids birthday party. We needed to help make it as enjoyable for the parents organising the party ideas as it is for the kids having fun playing birthday games!

We believe childhood is a magical time, and that taking time out to celebrate our children’s birthday affirms that they are truly special and dearly loved.  Birthday parties are an ideal opportunity to focus attention on that special child, to enchant, have fun together and create cherished memories.  As parents of young children, we know how difficult and time-consuming it can be to come up with suitable ideas and to put together a memorable birthday party. We want to make it easier and less time consuming for parents to plan and prepare a magical party for their child. We want to inspire parents by providing creative party ideas, high quality resources and useful tools. We want to help create parties that reflect children’s interests and encourage imagination.

We get a buzz from watching the perfect party take place -guests are excited to receive enticing invitations, children’s eyes light up as they enter a beautifully decorated room transporting them to another magical realm, giggles can be heard as party games unfold, mesmorised faces scan the party food for lollies and icecream, tiny singing voices carry through the house when the birthday cake is enjoyed, and children leave the party searching prized party bags for exciting toys.
